Phill Tsingos

Phill Tsingos President Phill has worked in intensive care, emergency, childrens, rural and remote community care as well as with Aboriginal communities. For over 20 years he has worked directly with patients as a registered nurse, and also has extensive experience as a manager and a nurse educator in both Australia and the UK. Phill sees his role "to look out for you", "be the nurses nurse" and to work with the NPAQ team to support you and "help make a difference". He wants nurses to be able to deliver the best in health care and advance the well being of our community.
Linda Worman Vice President A large part of Linda's working career has been in business administration. Most recently she worked for a Brisbane surgeon. Linda is also a qualified remedial massage therapist and has a special interest in health and education issues.

Nicole Nash-Arnold
Nicole Nash-Arnold Treasurer Nicole was one of our earliest NPAQ members. Her 15 years experience in both senior and executive hospital roles underpins her success in empowering accomplished nurses into authentic leaders. Before gaining post grad qualification in nursing and executive coaching and then taking on these nurse educator and management roles, she had 10 years perioperative experience. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Australasian College of Health Services Managers.

Cath Seaver Secretary Cert in Business Administration Cert in Management: Leadership, Managing People, Recruitment, Finance, Business Planning & Risk Management and Information Technology Train the Trainer Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety Cath’s experience as a team manager and a trainer spans 20 years in small, medium and international businesses and franchises. During her years as Operations Manager she analysed workplaces and implemented best practice and best value solutions. In 2009 Cath became a Consultant to Haycroft Workplace Solutions implementing IR, HR and WH&S procedures for many of their clients. Cath is responsible for the coordination of legal services and management of Association’s financial and administrative teams and systems. Her focus is to ensure accountability and transparency of the Association to members.
